1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bkkk website, mobile platform, or any service offered by bkkk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bkkk platform from time to time. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bkkk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the bkkk platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of bkkk following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bkkk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bkkk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to gamble.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bkkk or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access bkkk's full range of services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must register for an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on bkkk. If bkkk identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, bkkk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice and to void any balances, bets, or bonuses associated with those accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. False information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must keep your account credentials — particularly your password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify bkkk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bkkk reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bkkk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). The minimum deposit amount is ৳20 for mobile wallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are subject to network minimums as displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bkkk does not charge withdrawal fees on our end; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees. Processing times vary: mobile wallet withdrawals are typically instant to 24 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business hours subject to network confirmation times.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bkkk reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after any applicable wagering requirements attached to deposited bonus funds have been fully met.
• bkkk reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts for security or fraud-prevention purposes. Affected players will be notified.
• All funds displayed in your bkkk account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bkkk offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry date — are published alongside that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise are as follows.

• Bonuses are credited to your bkkk account in BDT at the applicable exchange rate if the deposit was made in cryptocurrency.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the stated wagering requirement (rollover) in full.
• bkkk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend its terms, or to void bonus funds if evidence of abuse or manipulation is detected.
• Players who self- exclude or who have requested account closure are not eligible to receive new bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bkkk are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, as well as the general platform rules set out here. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game or sport rules.

For cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, the following additional rules apply to all markets offered on bkkk.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by bkkk, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are binding upon acceptance.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bkkk reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price, irrespective of whether the bet has settled.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by game or sport category.

7. Responsible Gaming

bkkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge from within your account settings. bkkk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all players, and age verification may be requested at any time.

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your bkkk account.
• Loss limits: restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period to prevent chasing losses.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or request permanent closure. During exclusion periods, no bets can be placed and no bonuses will be issued.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkkk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated scripts, or coordinating with others to exploit promotional offers.
• Match fixing, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on bkkk.
• Money laundering or using bkkk for any purpose related to concealing, converting, or transferring funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Registering on behalf of another person, providing false identity information, or attempting to circumvent account verification procedures.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bkkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bkkk reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (c) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to bkkk, other players, or third parties.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any void bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Crypto balances will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate on the date of closure unless the original deposit currency is available for withdrawal.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bkkk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bkkk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bkkk platform without prior written consent from bkkk. Use of bkkk's name, logo, or brand assets in any form without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the bkkk platform; (b) any interruption or cessation of the platform; (c) any errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes; or (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

bkkk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bkkk account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bkkk will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the bkkk platform, no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights — bkkk may update the terms immediately without advance notice.
